Reinventing construction site logistics

Since Nereva’s founding in Switzerland, we have made it our mission to rethink the management of transport flows in the building and public works sector. In less than a year, we have assembled a team of over a dozen passionate people who design algorithms capable of orchestrating resource deployment on construction sites in real time. At the heart of our system are the trucks—the true arteries of the sites whose circulation we optimize to reduce costs, waiting times, and CO₂ emissions.

A unique technology in Switzerland & France

Our SaaS technology is the first of its kind in Switzerland and France to offer this level of automation and fleet orchestration. It enables construction companies to plan the transport of materials, skips, construction waste, and heavy equipment with unprecedented precision. Thanks to our intelligent optimization engine, each truck is assigned based on its capacity, location, scheduling constraints, and site priorities, preventing empty or poorly synchronized trips.

Tools designed for every site stakeholder

We provide drivers with a mobile app that sends them real-time assignments, optimized routes, and all digital documentation (delivery slips, waste tracking forms, etc.). Dispatchers and operations managers have access to a platform that offers complete visibility over the fleet: truck positions, estimated arrival times, load rates, and rotation history. On-site supervisors can also track incoming deliveries live, leveraging accurate, up-to-date data to better anticipate and coordinate their operations.

Toward more sustainable and efficient construction sites

This digital management of transport not only streamlines operations and reduces delays, but also makes it possible to pool trucks across multiple sites, thereby lowering the overall carbon footprint. Ultimately, the entire organization of construction sites is transformed moving from a static approach to a more dynamic, optimized, and sustainable model.
