As part of its continued development, Nereva is deploying a back office specifically designed for transport companies operating on construction sites. This centralized environment enables operations teams to structure all their missions, from request intake to invoicing. The dispatcher works within a single workspace to manage activity and organize the fleet in a structured and methodical way.

Request intake and validation

Transport requests issued by construction companies are received directly in the back office with all relevant information, including the related site, the type of transport, volumes, specific constraints and negotiated pricing conditions. Each mission must be validated by the transport company before it is engaged. Once accepted, it is immediately integrated into the operations schedule.

Immediate synchronization with drivers

The back office is directly connected to the driver mobile application. As soon as a mission is validated or modified by the dispatcher, the information is synchronized in real time with the assigned driver. This continuity ensures seamless communication between the office and the cab, without re entry or information loss.

Real time tracking and visibility

Through geolocation data transmitted by the mobile application, operations can continuously monitor the position of trucks in circulation. The dispatcher tracks mission progress, anticipates delays and adjusts planning based on on site realities. The fleet becomes manageable based on up to date operational information.

Archiving and full traceability

Each mission is automatically documented and archived with all associated elements, including status updates, field photos, transport slips and weighbridge tickets. The transport company benefits from a structured and accessible history, facilitating internal monitoring and service justification.

Structured and documented invoicing

Invoices are issued in alignment with completed missions and the pricing terms negotiated with each construction company. They are transmitted with all associated supporting documents, ensuring transparency and consistency between services delivered and invoicing. Payments are handled directly between the parties according to their contractual agreements.
