Nereva launches in Switzerland with a SaaS platform dedicated to construction transport management

Nereva announces its launch on the Swiss market with a SaaS platform designed to digitize and synchronize transport flows related to waste, raw materials, construction materials, and dumpster rotations on construction sites. Intended for construction and transport companies, the solution automates the entire logistics chain, from on-site request initiation to execution, operational traceability, and administrative processing.

A logistics system under pressure

On construction sites, transport coordination still largely relies on successive phone calls and constant adjustments. Site managers, drivers, dispatchers and administrative teams handle daily schedule changes, urgent requests and follow ups, often without consolidated visibility or full traceability. This fragmented organization generates recurring desynchronizations that slow execution and complicate overall flow management. Waste dumpster transport illustrates these limitations: non standardized requests, uncertainty regarding pickup or delivery times, teams left idle due to lack of reliable information. Repeated at scale, these inefficiencies generate delays and additional costs. By digitizing the entire process, Nereva provides a unified structure that enables planning, tracking and documentation of each transport, whether it involves dumpsters, materials, raw materials or machinery.

A solution proven in the field

Before its official launch, the platform was operated for one year in a pilot phase with M. Ducret SA, a family owned company based in Geneva and active since 1934. More than 100,000 transports were managed through the system in a real environment characterized by high variability in volumes and access constraints. This experimentation confirmed the robustness of the technical architecture, the reliability of real time synchronization and the operational relevance of the model in real world conditions.

Two Swiss brothers, two complementary areas of expertise

Nereva was founded by two Swiss brothers, Philippe Flaccavento, an entrepreneur from the construction sector, and Sébastien Flaccavento, an entrepreneur specialized in information technology. Their approach is based on a shared vision: equipping construction logistics with a structuring tool designed both for operational realities and strategic management. As shareholders of the company, they ensure independent governance focused on long term development.

A complete and connected architecture

The platform combines mobile applications dedicated to site teams and drivers, web interfaces for companies and a central supervision cockpit. Site managers can issue and schedule their requests from their mobile devices or office environment. Dispatchers receive, validate and integrate these missions into their planning. Drivers then access instructions via an application integrating heavy vehicle GPS navigation, geolocation and on site documentation features. All data is synchronized in real time. Each operation is traceable, with archiving of statuses, photos, transport documents and related files. Companies therefore benefit from continuous visibility over mission progress and resource utilization.

EVA, an integrated artificial intelligence

At the core of the system, EVA analyzes the data generated by transport operations. It leverages planning histories, rotation times and operational parameters to suggest consistent allocations and progressively optimize flow organization. Designed as a decision support tool, it assists teams without replacing their responsibility. Its learning process relies on the accumulation of operational data, increasing the relevance of its recommendations as usage grows.

A neutral infrastructure

Nereva is not a marketplace. The platform does not intervene in commercial matchmaking or contractual negotiations. Companies retain their partners, pricing conditions and existing processes. Payments are made directly between the parties according to their agreements. The solution acts as an independent digital infrastructure designed to structure and secure logistics flows without altering existing economic balances.

Accessible through a simple internet connection, Nereva is based on a user license model adapted to different roles: site managers, dispatchers, drivers and administrative teams. Designed from the outset for multi company environments, the architecture is scalable and suitable for international deployment. In 2024, the company opened its first subsidiary in France, in Nice, marking a step in its European development.
