How you appear in Nereva
In the Suppliers section of their back office, your customers add the suppliers they work with from the reference list maintained by Nereva: name, site address, materials or waste. They then enter their negotiated prices, per type of material or waste and per unit.
- No account to create on your side: the referencing is done by your customer.
- If your company does not appear in the list, your customer asks Nereva to add it.
- Your prices remain yours: your customers enter them in their own back office.
The flow of a delivery
From the site’s request to the delivered material
A material delivery is a request type in its own right. Your site is the loading location; the carrier executes; the site receives.
Request
The site or the office creates a delivery: material type, quantity, time slot, instructions. The material is ordered on behalf of the customer or on behalf of the carrier.

Your materials (concrete, aggregates, sand, additives, limestone materials) are selected by type and quantity in the delivery request.

Material suppliers, in plain terms
Do I need to create a Nereva account to be delivered or referenced?
No. The referencing is done by your customers in their back office, from the reference list maintained by Nereva. An account is only needed if you operate trucks yourself.
How do I get added to the reference list?
Your customer asks Nereva for the addition from the “Add a supplier” window of their back office. You can also write to us to report your site.
Who sets the prices of the materials?
You, with your customer. The customer enters their negotiated prices in their back office; Nereva plays no part in the sale.
Will I receive orders in Nereva?
No. Nereva is not an ordering portal: the delivery is a transport request, executed by the carrier that comes to load at your site.
How is the loading documented?
The driver goes through the steps in Nereva Transports: on the way to the pick-up address, material collected, on the way to the site, materials delivered. The steps are timestamped and photographed.
And for waste?
Sorting centres are referenced the same way: for an evacuation, the carrier selects the sorting centre, the waste type and the quantity.
