What Nereva does

- Keep the status, history and timestamped steps of each request.
- Attach the photos and the delivery note of the executed operation to the request.
- Make statements and history available to the relevant roles in your company.
What Nereva does not do
- Manage your contracts, approve your invoices or control your budgets.
- Control your subcontractors or allocate the responsibilities of a project.
- Give a universal view of other companies’ accounts.
- Produce automatic regulatory compliance or regulatory reporting.
Nereva takes no commission and does not step into the business relationships of your contractors.

- Your company has a Construction account: sites, foremen, partner carriers, suppliers.
- Your requests go from the site or the office to your connected partner carriers, which execute them.
- You consult the status, history, photos and statements of your sites, according to your users’ roles.
Your companies manage their own flows
- Each company keeps its account, its users and its partners; Nereva does not open their accounts to you.
- What reaches you is the documentation these companies choose to send you: statements, delivery notes, photos, exports.
- A common documentation standard is decided between you and your companies, not in Nereva.
What stays attached to each request
On a site of your account, each request keeps its context and its trace, from creation to archiving.
- The request: type, skip or materials, time slot, instructions, author.
- The timestamped steps: carrier on the way, skip dropped off, full skip collected, materials delivered.
- The photos taken by the driver and the delivery note of the operation.
- The daily and monthly statements sent by your carriers.
Who sees what, in your company
The visible information depends on the account, the role and the permissions. The Superadmin access type opens all the features of your company’s back office; the Logistics type is limited to the selected sites; the Accounting type opens the dashboard, the sites and the statements.
- No role gives access to other companies’ accounts.
- The QHSE manager uses the documentation produced by operations, according to the access assigned to them.
The standard, without the intermediary
Your partners and your business relationships remain yours. Nereva synchronises operations without stepping into the commercial relationship.

Project owners and general contractors, in plain terms
Does a project owner have a specific role in Nereva?
No. There is no “project owner” role. A company that manages flows uses a Construction account, with the Foreman and Back-office manager roles.
Can I see my subcontractors’ requests?
No, not from their account. Each company keeps its account. You see the requests of your own account and the documentation your companies send you.
What evidence does Nereva keep?
The timestamped steps of each request, the photos taken by the driver, the delivery note of the operation and the site history, when these elements exist in Nereva.
Does Nereva approve invoices or budgets?
No. Nereva is neither a financial control tool nor a contract management tool. Carriers’ statements and invoices stay attached to the traced operations, for your own checks.
Why “general contractors”?
Because a general contractor manages sites and transport flows itself: in Nereva, it works as a construction company, with its partner carriers.
