Construction and transport, partners on the same information

Nereva links companies that already work together. The site invites its carrier, the carrier invites its client: everyone stays independent, everyone wins, and both finally work on the same operation, according to roles and permissions.

How it starts

Becoming partners, in four moves

The invitation can come from either side: from the site to its carrier, or from the carrier to its client.

01

The invitation leaves from a back office

You send a partnership request from your back office. Your partner receives it in theirs and remains free to accept or refuse it. If they are not on Nereva yet, an invitation reaches them by e-mail: they start with a 15-day free trial, no payment method required.

02

The connection is established

On acceptance, your shared flows exist on both sides: one’s orders become the other’s missions, without re-entry, without e-mail, without a call.

03

Teams get equipped

Drivers receive Nereva Transports, site teams Nereva Commandes. Two applications, free to download; the service is billed per licence.

04

Everything synchronises

Orders, schedule, arrivals, evidence, invoices: the same information for both companies, synchronised according to roles and permissions, from the first flow to the last document.

The thesis

Nereva takes nothing from anyone.

No commission, no auctions, no competitive bidding: your prices stay your prices, your partners stay your partners. “You can only synchronise what you are not trying to capture.”

The principle

Why two separate software tools do not make a synchronisation

Two pieces of software do not make a partnership

A spreadsheet on one side, in-house software on the other, and the phone in the middle: each sees their own version of the day, never the other’s. Discrepancies are discovered in the evening, or worse, at the invoice.

A single living information

In Nereva, the site and the carrier work on the same data, synchronised by the platform. A time changes? Both know. A skip leaves? Both see it. That is what being partners means.

Win-win

What each partner gains

Construction

Orders placed from the site, arrivals visible live, timestamped evidence for every rotation and costs finally readable, site by site.

Transport

Structured orders without re-entry, dispatch in one move, drivers guided in their application and invoicing generated from real missions.

Both

Fewer verification calls, and disputes checked against the data rather than from memory.

Words from the field

What carriers tell us

Heard in demonstrations and pilots. Straight up.

“If our clients want to work with Nereva, then we will use Nereva.”

A transport company director, French-speaking Switzerland

“It’s much smoother than what we use every day.”

A dispatcher, during a demonstration

“Finally software that understands the skip.”

Your questions

The partnership, in plain terms

How do I invite a partner to Nereva?

From your back office: you send a partnership request, your partner receives it in theirs and remains free to accept or refuse it.

What if my partner is not on Nereva yet?

An invitation is sent to them by e-mail, and their first sign-up opens a 15-day free trial with 2 licences, no payment method required; then they only pay for the licences they activate, month by month. In the meantime, you already benefit from the platform for your own organisation.

Are we obliged to use Nereva to work together?

No. Nereva makes coordination easier, but never conditions your relationships. Everyone remains in control of their choices, their prices and their partners.

Does Nereva take a commission on our flows?

No, no commission. Nereva is neither a marketplace nor an intermediary: the platform synchronises companies that already work together, and is paid only through the subscription.

Independent partners. Shared information.

Nereva does not capture the commercial relationship: it smooths it. Your prices stay your prices, your partners stay your partners.
