  2. One licence, one assigned role

    One licence corresponds to one role assigned to a user. If the same person has several roles, each role uses a separate licence. The rate applies to the total number of licences used.

  3. Transport, construction, hybrid: same price

    The price depends neither on the trade nor on the role: each licence used costs 69 in the currency of your zone. What changes are the screens and the rights of each user, defined by their role and permissions. All the features of your Nereva environment are included. No additional modules to buy.

A transport company uses Nereva on its own, even if its customers are not on Nereva. A construction company relies on the carrier that executes its requests. When both use Nereva, their flows synchronise.

Your monthly cost

How many licences? The calculation is immediate.

Enter the number of licences required: the monthly amount, excluding taxes, is shown in the currency of your zone. From 1 to 40 licences, the public rate applies; beyond, on quotation.

Count one licence for each assigned role. A person with two roles uses two licences.

One licence, one assigned role

What a licence counts

One licence corresponds to one role assigned to a user. A user can have one or several roles: each assigned role uses a separate licence, in the office as in the field, at the same rate.

  • The user is the person who has access to Nereva.
  • The role is the function assigned to that user: back office or mobile app.
  • The licence is the unit used for each assigned role: Driver = 1 role = 1 licence; Driver + Back-office manager = 2 roles = 2 licences.
  • Permissions are set from the back office, user by user, and can be adjusted at any time; the rate is the same, the rights depend on the role and the permissions.
  • You add or remove licences from the back office, at the pace of your team.

The first 15 days

Start without a payment method

Your first sign-up opens a 15-day free trial with 2 licences. You test Nereva on your real flows, then you decide. No need to set up an IT project to get started.

    You create your company’s account in a few minutes. No payment method is requested.

    15-day trial, 2 licences

    Two licences, i.e. two assigned roles: for example one person in the back office and one driver on the mobile app, on your requests, your schedules and your proofs.

    Paid activation

    To continue, you pay for your subscription from the back office: bank card, invoice payable on receipt or direct debit. The licences are then invoiced month by month.

Without payment at the end of the trial, access to the account is suspended. Your data is retained in accordance with the applicable legislation. As soon as the payment is settled, access is automatically reactivated.

Monthly invoicing

Invoiced in advance, every month, with no fixed term

All the licences of an account share the same billing period. Here is the rule, as set out in the Payment and Subscription Policy.

  1. 01

    Start of the period

    Active licences are invoiced in advance, at the start of the monthly period common to your account. Any period that has begun is due.

  2. 02

    Licence added during the period

    An additional role assigned to a user counts as an added licence. It is invoiced pro rata until the next common due date, then included normally in the invoicing of the following periods.

  3. 03

    Licence removed during the period

    The period that has begun remains due, with no refund and no pro rata. The reduction takes effect from the following period.

  • Cancellation at any timeIn writing, without notice or fees: the licences are not renewed for the following period.
  • Prices excluding taxesThe applicable taxes are invoiced in addition, in accordance with the legislation in force.
  • The contractual frameworkThe details are set out in the Payment and Subscription Policy, an annex to the General Terms of Use.

Payment methods

Three payment methods, chosen from your back office

At the end of the trial, you choose your payment method in the back office. The sums due are invoiced at the start of each period and payable on receipt of the invoice, whichever method you choose.

Bank card

Pay for your subscription by bank card. You are redirected to Stripe, our payment partner, to complete the payment.

Invoice payable on receipt

The invoice is issued at the start of the billing period and payable on receipt.

Direct debit

Payment of each billing period by direct debit, set up from your back office.

0% commission

You pay for the tool, not for your operations.

Nereva is paid solely through licences. No commission is taken on your transport, and no financial flow linked to services between companies passes through the platform.

Your partners and your business relationships remain yours. Nereva synchronises operations without stepping into the business relationship.

How much does Nereva cost?

Why CHF, EUR or USD?

Are there several offers, or a different price depending on the trade?

No. One offer, one price per licence, the same on the transport side, on the construction side or in both contexts. The screens and the rights depend on each user’s role and permissions, not on a plan.

Are all features included?

Yes. All the features of your Nereva environment are included in the licence; there are no additional modules to buy. The screens and the rights depend on each user’s role and permissions.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Bank card, invoice payable on receipt or direct debit, chosen from your back office. For bank card payments, you are redirected to Stripe, our payment partner, to complete the payment.

Why am I redirected to Stripe?

Nereva uses Stripe to process card payments. When you choose this payment method, you are redirected to Stripe to complete the payment.

Is there a fixed term, an annual rate or any discounts?

No. The subscription is monthly, with no fixed term: you can cancel at any time, for the end of the current period. There is no annual rate, no volume discount and no degressive pricing.

Does Nereva take a commission?

No. Nereva is paid solely through licences. No commission on your transport; payments between companies stay outside the platform.
