What you need to know

Is set-up chargeable?

No. Onboarding is free. Nereva integrates easily and we support your teams at no cost. You only pay for your users.

Is there a minimum number of users?

No. You freely choose the number of users you need, with no minimum. You can add more whenever you want.

Can we buy only part of the platform?

No. Nereva's value comes from the complete synchronisation of players. The features are inseparable and all included.

Why the same price for everyone?

Because Nereva's value comes from synchronisation between carriers and sites, and it only exists if both sides adopt the platform. A single, simple rate encourages this adoption on both sides and makes the decision easy to take, without negotiation by profile.

What is a billed user?

A billed user is anyone who uses Nereva, in administration as in operations: back office, dispatch, drivers, foremen. You pay according to the total number of users, not according to your trade.

Where is my data hosted?

Your data is hosted in Switzerland, on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. This commitment appears in our terms and conditions. You remain its owner and can export it at any time.

Is there a commission on flows?

No. Nereva is a subscription. No commission is taken on your transport or on your commercial relationships.

From 50 users, we build a tailor-made deployment with you: integration of your subcontractors, dedicated support and terms adapted to volume. Even there, we keep the same rule: a clear price, not an unreadable grid.
