Driver app
The mobile app where the driver receives their missions, launches heavy-vehicle guidance and sends their evidence: photos, timestamps, tonnages. See the page →

Back office
The web space where the company runs its flows: orders, schedule, fleet, evidence, invoicing. It is used from a browser, without installation. See the page →
Single database

Skip
The emblematic container of the site: it is dropped, filled, exchanged, collected. At Nereva, the skip is a creed, but never a limit. See the page →
Delivery note
The document proving the execution of a transport. In Nereva, it is timestamped and archived with the mission, validated by the flow's checkpoints: order, delivery, photos, GPS trace. See the page →

Hook-lift truck
Truck fitted with a hydraulic arm that loads and drops skips by rolling them onto the chassis. The standard for multi-skip.
Vacuum truck
Tool truck that sucks up excavated material, rubble or sludge where the excavator cannot reach.
Tipper truck
Truck with a tipping body, the bulk vehicle: soil, rubble, sand, excavated material.
Grab truck
Truck fitted with a grab to load materials or waste directly, without a machine on the ground.
Tanker truck
Truck dedicated to transporting liquids: water, fuels, liquid sludge.
Crane truck
Truck fitted with a lifting arm: it delivers materials and places them exactly where the site needs them.
Sewer cleaner truck
Truck that clears and cleans pipes and structures at high pressure.
Mixer-pump truck
Mixer and concrete pump combined on a single truck: it transports the concrete and places it.
Flatbed truck
Open-bed truck for long or palletised loads, or machinery.
Concrete pump truck
It conveys concrete up high or down deep, where the mixer cannot pour it directly.
Low-loader truck
Truck dedicated to transporting construction machinery: excavators, loaders, rollers.
Mixer truck
Mixer truck that transports ready-mix concrete while keeping it in motion.
Site
The place where everything converges, and, in Nereva, the workspace where every flow is ordered, tracked and proven. See the page →
Mission closure
The action that ends a mission: the evidence is attached, the invoice can go out the same day.
Order
The starting point of a flow. The site places it in 30 seconds; the carrier receives it structured, without deciphering.
Works manager
They run several sites: external interventions, budgets, validation of services. In Nereva, they keep an overall, real-time view. See the page →
Foreman
The site's field manager: it is often they who order the skip and validate the rotation, from their phone.

Custom request
The “outside the boxes” flow: a particular need that still leaves in a structured way to the carrier.
Skip drop
The flow that places an empty skip on the site, in the right place and the right slot.
Dispatch

Principal
The one who orders the transport: construction company, project owner, general contractor, municipality… See the page →

Skip exchange
The full skip leaves, an empty one replaces it: in a single rotation. The most common flow on the site.
Eco-driving
Analysis of driving during missions: acceleration, braking, idling. Under development at Nereva. See the page →
General contractor (GC)
The company that carries the whole site on behalf of the project owner and coordinates the trades. See the page →
EVA
Nereva's anticipation engine: it analyses real flows, spots tensions and proposes adjustments. Your teams decide, always. See the page →
Removal with waiting
The truck waits while the skip fills, then removes it: a timed flow, visible on both sides.
Operator
At the depot, the one who orchestrates trucks, drivers and the schedule: the conductor of transport.

Skip hire
The skip hired for a period: departure, return, duration: tracked as a flow, invoiced without omission.

Project owner

Mission
What the driver receives: the flow to execute, with the precise address, the slot, the guidance and the evidence to produce. See the page →

Invitation
The partnership request sent from back office to back office. Everyone remains free to accept or refuse.
Proof of delivery
Timestamped photo, note and tonnage: automatically filed on the mission, enforceable in the event of a dispute. Validation goes through the flow's checkpoints: order, delivery, photos, GPS trace.
R
Reconciliation
The check that aligns order, delivery note and invoice before payment. In Nereva, the three documents already arrive attached to the mission. See the page →
Skip collection
The flow that takes a skip back from the site: full to the outlet, or empty to the depot.
Time and materials
Man or machine hours invoiced on time spent. Entered in the field, validated, ready to invoice.
Rotation
A complete round trip of a truck on a flow. The breathing unit of the site, and of the dashboard. See the page →

Synchronisation
The heart of Nereva: the same event, visible on the site side and the transport side at the same second. That is why there are no more calls. See the page →
T
Tonnage
The weight transported, entered or weighed, attached to the mission's evidence.
Waste traceability
Every skip traced by type of waste, exportable for the environmental engineer and the project owner. See the page →

Empty-and-return
The same skip leaves full, is emptied at the outlet and returns to the site: a single flow, zero re-entry.
Bulk
Sand, gravel, soil, excavated material… loads transported in a tipper, without packaging.
