A patent application follows a precise path: it is published eighteen months after filing, then examined by the office, which grants, limits or refuses the title. The three applications below bear the same official title, “Computer-implemented method for a service for routing at least one product”, and the same priority of 26 November 2024.

A trademark to name things precisely
When you say Nereva to a carrier, a project owner or a supplier, you name a specific platform, not a generic term. The trademark registration protects that name for the software and services in our classes.
Patent applications for technical innovation
The work carried out between Nyon and Nice leads to filings when a technical innovation justifies it. The applications are published, examined, and become patents only if the office grants them.

Frequently asked questions about Nereva’s intellectual property
Does Nereva have a patent?
Nereva has three published patent applications under examination: Nereva SA filed them in Switzerland and in France on 26 November 2024, then via the international (PCT) route on 26 November 2025; they were published in May and June 2026. A patent is granted, where applicable, at the end of each office’s examination.
What does a PCT international application mean?
The PCT allows a single international application, published by WIPO, to be filed before pursuing it country by country or region by region. The decision then rests with each office, for its territory.
Is the Nereva trademark protected everywhere?
It is registered in Switzerland and, through international registration No. 1762826, in the 14 designated contracting parties, where protection is granted for all or part of classes 9, 35, 38 and 42. Protection applies to those territories and classes.
Who holds the trademark and the patent applications?
Nereva SA, a public limited company in Nyon. It also holds the source code and the intellectual property of the platform; the licence taken out by a client gives a right of use, without any transfer of ownership.
