A hybrid company, in Nereva’s sense, is a construction company that actually runs its own transport activity: its trucks, its drivers, its dispatch. It uses both environments of the platform: Construction for its sites, Transport for its operations. This is neither a plan nor an option.

A Construction account and a Transport back office, created from the same place
From the Construction back office, a company that works with its own trucks requests the creation of its transport back office: company name, UID or VAT number, an e-mail address different from the Construction account. This back office manages the fleet, skips, depots, drivers and invoices; it answers requests from its own sites as well as from other companies.
- Each environment has its own users, roles and permissions.
- The same person can access several company accounts and switch between them from the account selector.
- Sites, requests and planning stay in their respective environment; the site’s request lands in the planning of in-house operations.

An external partner remains possible: a request can be sent to a connected partner carrier rather than to the in-house fleet. Each one receives only the requests addressed to it.

- Managed in your Transport back office: trucks, skips, depots, drivers, planning, invoices.
- Your sites send it their requests; other construction companies can also send you requests if you are partners.
- In-house drivers have the Driver role in Nereva Transports.
Your partner carriers
- Each partner keeps its own account, users and prices.
- The request goes to the carrier it is addressed to; Nereva does not put it out to competition.
- No commission: the service is billed per licence, in each environment.
Your partners and your business relationships remain yours. Nereva synchronises operations without stepping into the commercial relationship.

Remote site, tunnel, quarry: the field keeps going without a network
The in-house driver in Nereva Transports and the foreman in Nereva Commandes have the offline mode: within the supported scope, work in progress continues when the connection drops and synchronises when it returns, according to how the product works. Heavy-vehicle GPS navigation keeps working even without a network connection.

One licence per assigned role, in each environment

Yes. A request is addressed either to your in-house fleet or to a connected partner carrier. Each carrier receives only the requests addressed to it.
Do I need licences in both environments?
Yes: each assigned role uses a licence, in the environment where it is assigned. A person present in both environments uses one licence per role.
Does the site see the truck arriving?
The site follows the request and its steps in Nereva Commandes; tracking the truck on a mission belongs to the Transport back office, within the scope of fleet tracking, and requires the driver to be online.
