Is there a demo?
Yes. Request a free personalised demo: we show you Nereva on your own flows, with your trucks and your organisation.
How long does it take to start with Nereva?
In under 24 hours. We create your accounts, your teams install the apps, and we guide you through onboarding, with no heavy IT project.
What technical support does Nereva offer?
Technical support is included, reachable by email at support@nereva.com. Requests are handled by priority level: around 2 business hours for a critical incident, 4 hours for a high-severity issue, 1 day for a standard request and 3 days for an information request. Extended support can be agreed as needed.
Can we try before paying?
Yes, twice over: the free personalised demo on your own flows, and free sign-up, since you only pay for licences when you use Nereva.
How do we calculate the return on investment?
The simulator on the Pricing page does it with your figures: rotations per week, coordination minutes saved, hourly cost. With the default settings, every franc invested frees up around five francs of coordination time.
