Product · Fleet tracking

Your fleet in real time, without a box

Tracking goes through the driver's mobile app: nothing to install on the trucks, no chip, no telematics box. The fleet appears in real time on your back office, and the site sees its trucks arrive.

Site side

The site sees its truck arrive

The site map follows the mission live: “the carrier will arrive in 5 min”. The team clears access at the right moment, without watching the road or calling the depot.

Traditional tracking costs before it serves

Boxes to fit

The problem. Boxes, chips, installation per truck, telematics subscriptions: fleet tracking is expensive, vehicle by vehicle.

With Nereva, tracking goes through the driver's app. Zero hardware, immediate activation.

An invisible fleet

The problem. “Where's 07?” Dispatch spends the day calling drivers back.

The whole fleet is seen in real time on the back office, truck by truck, mission by mission.

The site in the dark

The problem. The team and the machine wait without knowing whether the truck arrives in five minutes or in an hour.

The manager sees the trucks arrive in real time, from the site.

Carrier side

The whole fleet, on a single screen

Every truck on mission reports its position via the driver's app. The back office shows the fleet live: who is driving, who is loading, who is arriving.

  • Zero installation: no box, no chip, no work on the vehicles
  • The position lives with the mission, from departure to proof of delivery
  • Works from day one, across the whole fleet

Site side

The manager sees their trucks arrive

From the site, on mobile or on the back office, the manager follows the approach of trucks in real time. The team gets ready at the right moment, the machine does not idle.

  • The arrival of trucks, visible in real time from the site
  • No one calls any more to ask where the skip is
  • The same information as the carrier, to the second

Real time

Fleet tracking, without fitting out the truck.

No box, no chip, no work on the vehicle. The driver's app is enough, and everyone sees the same thing, to the second.

How it works

Three steps, zero intervention

1

The driver receives their mission

On the Nereva app, with the details, the location and the times.

2

The position follows the mission

During the mission, the app reports the truck's position. Nothing to activate, nothing to install.

3

Everyone sees

The fleet in the carrier's back office, the arrival from the site. The same information, in real time.

Your questions

Fleet tracking, in plain terms

How does fleet tracking work without a box?

Tracking goes through the driver app: no box to install, no work on the vehicles. The position is only shared during the mission.

Are drivers monitored through the app?

No. Geolocation is only active during a mission, from its acceptance to its closure, and never during breaks or personal time. It is not used to monitor, rank or individually sanction a driver.

Does the site see the truck arrive?

Yes: the site map shows the truck on mission and the estimated arrival time updates by itself. The team clears access at the right moment, without watching out.

Does the GPS trace serve as evidence?

Yes: the mission's GPS trace is one of the checkpoints documenting every rotation, along with the order, the delivery and the timestamped photos.
