Nereva is a web solution: the back office is used in a browser, field teams download the apps from the App Store and Google Play. Here is the path as it exists, from the registration request to the first transport request. No need to set up an IT project to get started.

The path

From the registration request to the first transport request

Each step corresponds to a screen or an e-mail of the product.

  1. Registration request

    On backoffice.nereva.com/registration: company name, business e-mail, phone, country, verification code received by e-mail, then the company type: Transport or Construction. You accept the terms and conditions.

  2. Validation by Nereva

    Your company account is being validated: Nereva checks the information provided, then activates your workspace. You are notified by e-mail.

  3. Finalisation

    The link received by e-mail opens the back office: you set your password and secure the account with a code received by SMS.

  4. Guided first steps

    The back office lists the set-up steps of your environment, with a “How to?” at each step. The tutorials remain available in Settings, Training section.

  5. Field apps

    You create your drivers or your foremen as users; each receives an e-mail and downloads Nereva Transports or Nereva Commandes.

  6. First request

    The site creates its request, the carrier plans it, the driver executes it in the app: the complete cycle, on your real flows.

After the 15-day trial, you pay for your subscription from the back office: bank card, invoice payable on receipt or direct debit. For bank card payments, you are redirected to Stripe, our payment partner, to complete the payment. Without payment, access to the account is suspended; as soon as payment is settled, it is reactivated.

First steps

The set-up steps, in the back office

Each environment offers its own list. Transport: company account, first depot, first truck, first skip, first driver, suppliers, site for a customer outside Nereva; then public and preferential prices, first partner, payment method. Construction: company account, transport partner, first foreman, suppliers, first site; then payment method.

  • A “How to?” accompanies each step.
  • Completed steps are detected, in the suggested order or not.
  • The tutorials remain available at any time in Settings, Training section.

Partners

Your partners join when they decide to

A construction company connects its carriers from the Partners section: it adds an already registered carrier or invites its own by e-mail; the partner accepts or refuses. A carrier uses Nereva on its own from day one: it creates its sites, including for customers that are not on Nereva, and invites its customers when it wishes.

  • The partnership request leaves from your back office; the other company remains free to accept it.
  • An invited company starts with a 15-day free trial with 2 licences, no payment method required.
  • You can continue your set-up while your partner answers.

What the subscription includes, and what is not promised

Included

  • All features, in both environments, without paid modules.
  • Standard technical support, reachable by e-mail at support@nereva.com and through the back office chat button (Settings, Assistance section), according to the service level agreement.
  • The first-steps guides and the back office tutorials.
  • The Nereva Transports and Nereva Commandes apps, free to download; the service is billed per licence.

Not promised

  • A “free” set-up or training, a dedicated expert or systematic hand-holding: nothing of the kind is promised here. Configuration, training or consulting services are agreed with the team.
  • A start-up time: the pace depends on your organisation and on the number of partners to invite.
  • The import of a data history: you start with your upcoming flows.

In the field

The field apps also work without a network

Nereva Transports and Nereva Commandes have an offline mode: within the supported scope, work in progress continues when the connection drops and synchronises when it returns, according to how the product works.

Getting started, in plain terms

How do I create a Nereva account?

On backoffice.nereva.com/registration: you enter your company details, verify your e-mail and choose your company type. Your workspace is activated after validation by Nereva; you are notified by e-mail.

Do I need to enter a payment method to start?

No. No payment method is required for the 15-day free trial with 2 licences.

What happens at the end of the 15-day trial?

You pay for your subscription from the back office (bank card, invoice payable on receipt or direct debit) to continue. Without payment, access to the account is suspended; your data is kept in accordance with applicable law; as soon as payment is settled, access is reactivated.

How long does it take to get started?

The account is created online and the workspace is activated after validation by Nereva. Then the pace depends on your organisation: users to create, apps to install, partners to invite. We do not announce a lead time.

Do I need to install software?

No. The back office is used in a browser; field teams download Nereva Transports or Nereva Commandes from the App Store or Google Play.

Is there support?

Yes: standard technical support is included, reachable by e-mail at support@nereva.com and through the back office chat button, according to the service level agreement. The tutorials remain available in the back office, Settings, Training section.

Do my partners need to be on Nereva to start?

A carrier works on its own from day one, including for customers that are not on Nereva. A construction company needs a connected partner carrier for its requests to be executed in Nereva; in the meantime, it continues with its carriers as today.

Does Nereva intervene in the commercial relationship?

No. Your partners and your business relationships remain yours. Nereva synchronises operations without stepping into the commercial relationship.
