The essentials
What is Nereva?
Nereva is site logistics software that orchestrates, in real time, your transport operated by trucks: tippers, multi-skip, multi-lift, crane flatbed. The platform covers all your flows — skips, materials, waste, machinery, equipment and bulk — and brings construction companies and transport companies together in the same place, from the order to archiving. A single interface, a single source of truth, shared by everyone.
What problem does Nereva solve?
Today, site logistics is still played out on the phone, by SMS, on Excel and with paper notes. The result: trucks waiting, empty kilometres, schedules falling apart and disputes hard to settle. Nereva replaces this scattered coordination with a shared, real-time view.
How does Nereva work?
Everything happens on a single platform, in the logical order of the field: request, planning, execution, documentation, archiving. The site orders in a few seconds, the carrier organises and steers its missions, the driver executes them from their mobile app. At every step, the same information is visible to everyone.
Who is Nereva for?
Construction, civil engineering and recycling companies, carriers, and hybrid players who do both. A construction company can integrate its partner carriers or its own fleet. A carrier can use it alone, for its own operations.
What types of flows does Nereva cover?
All construction transport flows operated by trucks over short distances: skips, materials, waste, machinery, equipment and bulk. On the vehicle side, Nereva covers tipper, multi-skip, multi-lift and crane flatbed trucks.
Can we use Nereva if our partners are not on it yet?
Yes. Nereva already works for each company taken separately. A carrier can use it alone for its dispatch, its planning and its traceability. A construction company can start with its partner carriers or its own fleet. The nuance: as long as a client is not on the platform, the carrier keeps receiving their orders by phone and has no schedule synchronised with them. The full benefit comes when both sides are connected.
Is Nereva a marketplace?
No. Nereva is neither a marketplace, nor a matchmaking tool, nor an intermediary. It is a coordination platform between companies that already work together. It does not capture the commercial relationship, takes no commission and never touches your prices.
In one sentence, what is Nereva's role?
To bring the layer of synchronisation and traceability that was missing between companies that have to cooperate every day, without changing their relationships, their prices or their organisation.
How do I invite a partner to Nereva?
From your back office: you send a partnership request, your partner receives it in theirs and remains free to accept or refuse it. If they are not on Nereva yet, an invitation is sent to them by e-mail, and sign-up is free. The details are on the page.
Is Nereva only for transport?
No. Transport is the starting point, but Nereva is a collaborative platform: it connects all the company's trades around single, reliable information available in real time. Everyone sees what concerns them, all work on the same database.
Who uses Nereva in the company?
Everyone: the foreman orders, the works manager runs their sites, the secretariat files, accounting reconciles, the operator dispatches, the drivers execute, management analyses. The details are on the page The trades.
Account, users and rights
How do I create a Nereva account?
On backoffice.nereva.com/registration, in a few minutes. Sign-up is free and without commitment: you only pay for your licences when you use Nereva. The full journey is described on the page How to get started.
How do I add a user?
From the back office, in a few clicks: you create the access, assign a role and the user receives their invitation. Everyone who logs in to Nereva counts as a user, in the office as in the field.
How do roles and permissions work?
From the back office, you assign each user their role and permissions: each only accesses what concerns them, and you adjust rights at any time. That is the principle of the window per trade.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in to Nereva: in the office (management, secretariat, accountants, dispatchers, logisticians) as in the field (drivers, foremen, site managers, supervisors). All count in your number of users, at the same rate.
Can access be removed?
Yes, immediately, from the back office. An employee who leaves loses their access in seconds, and the history of their actions stays attached to the missions.
Who administers the platform within the company?
The administrator(s) you designate: they manage users, roles and company settings. You can change them at any time.
Can we manage several entities or depots?
Yes. Groups and multi-entity companies run their structures on Nereva, each entity with its users and its flows. The details are on the page Groups.
How do I integrate a subcontractor?
You add them as a user attached to your own account: they receive and execute your missions with the same traceability as your drivers.
Must an external partner create their own account?
Yes, each company has its own account and back office. You then connect through the: the request leaves from you, they remain free to accept.
What happens if you forget your password?
Recovery is done from the login screen of the back office or the app. If you are locked out, support replies by chat.
Is a deleted user's data lost?
No. Missions, evidence and documents remain attached to the company: it is your history, not one person's.
How many users do you need to start?
There is no minimum. A company can start with a single user and add more as it goes: the rate is simply CHF 69 per user per month, in use.
For construction companies
What is Nereva for a construction company?
It is your single control station to order, follow and trace all the transport of your sites, from the field as from the office, while keeping your usual carriers and your terms.
What is Nereva's role on my sites?
To give you a clear, real-time view of the flows entering and leaving the site, make their execution reliable and centralise all the documentation. The right truck, in the right place, at the right time, with the evidence to go with it.
Who uses Nereva in a construction company?
Site managers and field teams who order, works managers and planning managers who organise, and management that follows activity and costs.
What problems does Nereva solve on my sites?
The lack of visibility of transport, cascading calls between works managers, site managers and carriers, delays, skip errors, scattered documents and disputes without evidence.
How does Nereva simplify transport ordering?
An order is placed in a few seconds, from the field or the office, goes directly to the carrier who organises it, and its progress is visible in real time until execution. No more need to call to launch or check a run.
Can my field teams place orders?
Yes. From the Nereva Commandes mobile app, the site manager orders transport in a few seconds, on the spot, without a call or an informal message that gets lost.
Am I informed when a transport is taken on?
Yes, automatically. As soon as a carrier takes on a mission, the information comes up on the platform, without a confirmation call.
Can I follow transport in real time?
Yes. Every mission is followed until arrival on site, with a view shared between you and your carrier. You anticipate instead of enduring.
How does Nereva improve coordination with the carrier?
You both work on the same information, at the same moment: order, assignment, progress and proof of execution are visible on both sides. Verification calls disappear.
How do I handle last-minute changes on site?
You adjust directly on the platform, and the carrier sees the change immediately, without a chain of calls or risk of oversight.
Can I work with my usual carriers and several at once?
Yes. You continue with your usual carriers on your terms, you also run your own fleet, and you coordinate several stakeholders on the same site from a single view.
How does Nereva reduce paper on my sites?
Orders, tracking, proof of execution and documents are digital and centralised. Your paper notes no longer get lost and remain retrievable in a few clicks.
How do I follow the execution of services?
Every service is traced from order to completion, with timestamped proof of execution and the associated documents. You know exactly what was done, when and by whom.
How do we receive transport invoices?
If you have a Nereva account, you receive your carrier's invoices directly in your back office, already attached to the traced services. Otherwise, you receive them by e-mail as a PDF.
What information comes with the invoices?
The execution elements traced in Nereva: nature of the transport, dates, rotations and proof of completion. Enough to check an invoice with confidence, on facts.
How does Nereva help limit disputes?
Every service has a timestamped trace and shared proof of execution. Disagreements are settled on objective data, not on memories.
For transport companies
What is Nereva's role for my transport company?
To receive, organise and steer your missions, follow your drivers and trace every service, with more visibility and much less coordination over the phone. You can use it autonomously, independently of your clients.
What happens if my clients are not on Nereva yet?
You still benefit from Nereva for your organisation: dispatch, schedule, driver tracking and traceability. The only limit: for a client absent from the platform, you keep receiving their orders by phone and without a synchronised schedule. As soon as they join you, the calls disappear and the schedule is shared in real time.
What daily problems does Nereva solve?
The endless calls to dispatch, the time lost coordinating, schedule errors, paper notes, untraceable proof of execution and disputes that weigh on profitability per rotation.
How does Nereva reduce phone calls?
Missions, their changes and their progress go through the platform. Dispatch and drivers share the same information in real time, which removes a large part of coordination calls.
How does Nereva limit paper?
Missions, tracking and proof of execution are digital. Paper notes are no longer essential to follow a service.
How does Nereva improve schedule management?
Dispatch views all missions, assigns them to drivers and follows their progress from a single view. Organising rotations becomes simpler, faster and more reliable.
How does Nereva help handle last-minute changes?
A change entered in the office appears instantly with the right driver, without a call.
How does Nereva improve communication with drivers?
The office sends the missions, the driver receives and executes them from the Nereva Transports mobile app, with continuous feedback.
Do my drivers have to change their habits?
Very little. The app guides the driver through the usual course of their missions. The idea is to remove work, not add it: fewer calls, less paper, more clarity.
How does Nereva make invoicing easier?
Nereva automatically issues your invoices in your back office, from the services actually traced. You then send them into your client's Nereva back office if they have an account, or by e-mail as a PDF otherwise. You save time and you invoice what you actually did.
How does Nereva reduce invoicing disputes?
Every invoice is based on timestamped, shared proof of execution. Disagreements are settled on objective data.
Does Nereva intervene in my rates or my client relationship?
No, never. Nereva sets no price and does not interfere in the relationship with your client. You remain in control of your organisation, your assignments and your commercial choices.
Do I keep control of my decisions?
Yes, fully. Nereva equips you, it does not decide for you and imposes no operating rule on you.
Can I integrate my subcontractors?
Yes. You integrate your subcontractors as users attached to your own Nereva account, which allows them to receive and execute your missions with the same traceability as your drivers.
Who uses Nereva in a transport company?
Dispatchers and planning managers in the office, drivers on the road, and management for following the activity. Everyone has the view they need.
Is Nereva suited to small as well as large companies?
Yes. From a few trucks to a large fleet, Nereva is used the same way and adapts to your volume of activity.
What is Nereva's overall impact on the transport trade?
Less coordination endured, more visibility, complete traceability and more reliable execution, without changing your trade or your commercial relationships.
Orders and types of flows
How do I place a transport order?
From the back office or the phone, in 30 seconds: the flow, the type of skip or load, the slot, the site. The order arrives structured at your carrier, without a call or re-entry.
What is a skip exchange?
The full skip leaves, an empty one replaces it, in a single rotation. It is the most common flow on the site, and it is ordered in a few taps. A real video shows it on the page.
What is a removal with waiting?
The truck waits on site while the skip fills, then removes it. The flow is timed and visible on both sides, site and carrier.
What is empty-and-return?
The same skip leaves full, is emptied at the outlet and returns to the site: a single flow, zero re-entry, continuous traceability.
What is a skip drop?
The flow that places an empty skip on the site, in the right place and the right slot, with the timestamp of the drop.
What is a skip collection?
The flow that takes a skip back from the site, full to the outlet or empty to the depot.
Can we order materials and bulk?
Yes. Nereva covers all construction-site transport flows operated by trucks: skips, materials, raw materials, machinery, equipment, waste and bulk.
What is a custom request?
The “outside the boxes” flow: a particular need that still leaves in a structured way to your carrier, with slot, address and details.
How does skip hire work?
Like a flow: departure, return, duration. The hire is tracked and invoiced without omission, with its complete history.
How does time-and-materials work?
Man or machine hours are entered in the field, validated, then ready to invoice: no more loose sheets at month end.
Can an order be modified or cancelled?
Yes, as long as the mission is not under way: the change propagates instantly to the carrier and the schedule, with notification to the people concerned.
Who can place an order on the site?
Those you authorise: foreman, site manager, works manager. Roles and permissions determine who orders, who validates, who consults.
Can the carrier refuse an order?
Yes, everyone remains in control of their schedule. The refused order goes back to the principal, who can reschedule it or call on another of their partners.
How do I know where my order stands?
Live, on the map and in the mission feed: order received, truck assigned, on the way, skip dropped, evidence filed. The same status, visible on both sides at the same second.
Planning and dispatch
How does dispatch work at the carrier?
Orders arrive structured in the back office: the operator assigns them to the right truck and the right driver in one move, and the driver receives the complete mission in the app.
Does the schedule update by itself?
Yes: a delay, an unexpected event, and every change propagates to the missions concerned, with notifications and alerts to the people concerned, and only to them.
How do I handle an unexpected event or a delay?
The delay is reported once and propagates to everyone: the arrival time updates, the schedule readjusts, the site is warned without a call.
Does Nereva optimise rounds?
The operator keeps control of their rounds, with a clear view to optimise them. Planning automation, where EVA proposes the order of missions and groupings, is under development: your operators will always validate.
Can recurring transport be scheduled?
Regular flows are rescheduled very quickly thanks to structured orders. Talk about your recurring cases with the team during the demo: configuration is done at onboarding.
How are slot conflicts handled?
EVA spots the day's tensions on your real flows, for example two removals and a delivery converging, and proposes a concrete adjustment. Your operators decide.
Does the site see the carrier's schedule?
No: everyone sees what concerns them. The site sees its orders and arrivals; the carrier sees its complete schedule. The database is single, the windows are separate.
Can we dispatch across several depots?
Yes, the operator organises their resources according to their structure: trucks, drivers and skips are assigned according to your internal rules.
Does the driver see their whole day?
Yes, their missions in order, with the details, the precise address, the slot and the heavy-vehicle guidance, directly in their app.
What does the operator see at a glance?
The whole fleet on the map, missions in progress, the schedule and alerts: the entire depot on a single screen, in real time.
Real-time tracking and geolocation
How does fleet tracking work without a box?
Tracking goes through the driver app: no box or chip to install on the trucks. The fleet is visible in real time on the back office during missions.
When is geolocation active?
Only during the mission, from its acceptance to its closure, never during breaks or personal time. It is not used to monitor drivers.
Does the site see the truck arrive?
Yes: the site map shows the truck on mission and the estimated arrival time updates by itself. The team clears access at the right moment, without watching out.
Who can see the history of a journey?
The principal designated by the carrier, only if the carrier has enabled it, and visibility is limited to 30 days after closure, unless configured otherwise.
Does tracking work without a good connection?
Yes, the apps have an offline mode for the field: data synchronises as soon as the network returns.
What does the heavy-vehicle GPS bring?
Routes designed for trucks, in partnership with HERE Technologies: heights, tonnages, restrictions. Guidance starts from the mission, without entering an address, right to the site entrance.
Why not use a consumer GPS?
Because a truck is not a car: bridges too low, forbidden streets, limited tonnages. And because the site has no precise address: the delivery point is carried by the mission.
Is the arrival time reliable?
It updates continuously during the mission, on the truck's real position. In the event of a delay, everyone is warned automatically.
Do the trucks need to be fitted out?
No. No hardware to install: the driver app is enough. That is also why getting started takes a few days and not a few months.
Is tracking used to control drivers?
No. Geolocation is never used to monitor, rank or individually sanction a driver, and no automated decision is taken about people.
Documents, evidence and timestamping
What evidence does Nereva produce?
Timestamped photos, timestamped notes, tonnages, GPS trace of the mission: every rotation is documented automatically, without paper.
How are notes validated?
Through a series of checkpoints throughout the flow: the order, the delivery, the photos, the GPS trace. Every note is timestamped; validation does not rely on a signature but on the consistency of the chain.
What is the timestamping of notes?
Every step of the mission is dated and timed automatically: order, pick-up, drop, closure. The digital note carries these timestamps, tamper-proof and enforceable.
Where do I find a document?
On its mission. Every photo, note and report is filed automatically and attached to its flow: the secretariat no longer chases documents, accounting finds them already reconciled.
Can the evidence be used in the event of a dispute?
Yes: timestamped photos, timestamped notes and GPS trace are filed, retrievable and enforceable. Disputes are settled on data, no longer on memory.
Can documents be exported?
Yes, your data and your documents belong to you and remain exportable at any time: for your accounting, your site reviews or your answers to project owners.
How long are documents kept?
Depending on their nature: invoicing and accounting data 10 years (Swiss legal obligation), geolocation 12 months. The details are on the page Data hosting.
Is the tonnage recorded?
Yes, entered or weighed, it is attached to the mission's evidence and feeds waste tracking as well as invoicing.
What is waste tracking?
Every skip is traced by type of waste, with its evidence, and the whole is exportable for the environmental engineer and the project owner.
Does the site receive the documents automatically?
Yes: as soon as the mission closes, the evidence is available on both sides, site and carrier, on the same database.
Invoicing and accounting
Can we invoice the same day?
Yes: skip dropped, the mission closes with its complete evidence, and the invoice can go out the same day, attachments included.
What is reconciliation in Nereva?
The check that aligns order, note and invoice before payment. In Nereva, the three documents already arrive attached to the mission: accounting checks and validates, without hunting for supporting documents.
Who invoices the transport?
The carrier invoices their client directly, as always. Nereva never enters the flow of money: no commission, no intermediary.
How does accounting work with Nereva?
It checks services on supporting documents, reconciles orders, notes and invoices, validates payments and follows settlements: everything on complete documents, already filed.
Does Nereva reduce invoicing disputes?
Yes: every mission is documented by its checkpoints (order, delivery, photos, GPS trace). When the data is there, the dispute from memory disappears.
Can we export to accounting software?
Your data is exportable at any time. For integrations with your ERP or your invoicing software, talk to the team during the demo: support is part of onboarding.
Can time-and-materials be invoiced?
Yes, time-and-materials hours entered in the field and validated are ready to invoice, like any flow.
Is skip hire invoiced automatically?
It is tracked as a flow, with departure, return and duration: nothing is forgotten at month end.
How does billing for the Nereva subscription work?
Per user per month, CHF 69 all inclusive, with a 10% discount for annual billing and a volume tier from 31 licences. The details are on the page Pricing.
Does management see transport costs?
Yes, continuously: rotations, volumes and indicators are permanently up to date, to decide on facts.
Fleet, trucks and skips
Which types of trucks does Nereva cover?
Twelve types: tipper, hook-lift, flatbed, low-loader, crane, mixer, concrete pump, mixer-pump, vacuum truck, sewer cleaner, tanker and grab truck. Each is defined in the glossary.
How do I manage my skip fleet?
Every skip is tracked through its flows: dropped, exchanged, collected, hired. Enhanced skip identification (number, photo, location, history) is under development.
Does Nereva manage trailers?
Nereva thinks per mission and per vehicle: you organise your combinations according to your structure. For a specific fleet need, talk to the team during the demo.
How do I avoid machines standing idle?
The foreman anticipates delays and sees trucks arrive live: teams and machines no longer stand idle waiting for a skip.
Does Nereva replace a maintenance tool?
No, that is not its trade. However, the history of missions per vehicle provides a useful factual basis for your fleet decisions.
Can several types of loads be tracked?
Yes: skips, bulk, materials, raw materials, machinery, equipment and waste. The skip is our creed, never a limit.
Where do I see the fleet in real time?
On the back-office map, during missions, without a box: the driver app is enough.
What is Nereva preparing for vehicles?
Pre-drive checkpoints (driver checklist in the app: tyres, lights, lashing, skip condition) and eco-driving are under development.
Apps, onboarding and integrations
Does Nereva offer mobile apps?
Yes. Two dedicated apps: Nereva Transports for drivers, who receive and carry out their missions, and Nereva Commandes for site teams, who place and follow their requests. Available on the App Store and Google Play.
How is Nereva installed?
Nereva is a web solution: no heavy installation or special hardware. The back office is used from a browser, and field teams download the mobile apps.
How long does it take to get started with Nereva?
In under 24 hours. We create your access, your teams install the apps, and we support you in getting up to speed, without a heavy IT project.
Does Nereva integrate with my ERP or my invoicing software?
Yes. Nereva offers native integrations via its APIs and centralises your execution data to feed your existing tools. The precise possibilities are defined according to your environment.
Does Nereva work on site, even without a good connection?
Yes. The apps are designed for the field: you keep working even without network, and your actions synchronise automatically as soon as the connection returns. Ideal for sites in poorly covered areas.
Is there a demo?
Yes. Ask for a free personalised demo: we show you Nereva on your own flows, with your trucks and your organisation.
In which countries and languages is Nereva available?
Nereva is used in Switzerland and France, with a website and apps in French.
Are there video tutorials?
Yes. A library of short tutorials, sorted by trade (principals on one side, transport companies on the other), is available on the page. It is continuously enriched.
Is the GPS suited to heavy vehicles?
Yes. In partnership with HERE Technologies, Nereva's navigation calculates routes designed for trucks (heights, tonnages, restrictions) and guides the driver to the site entrance, directly from their mission. See the page Heavy-vehicle GPS.
Integrations and data exchange
Does Nereva integrate with an ERP?
Nereva is a standalone web solution, and your data remains exportable at any time. For an integration with your ERP or your invoicing software, the team studies your case at onboarding.
Does Nereva replace a TMS?
For short-distance construction transport, Nereva does what no general-purpose TMS does: real-time synchronisation with sites, skip flows (exchange, empty-and-return, removal with waiting) and timestamped evidence. It is vertical software, designed for construction.
Can all data be exported?
Yes, at any time: your history is an asset, not a hostage. Exports for accounting, site reviews, project owners.
Is there an API?
Data exchange is currently done through exports, and integration needs are studied case by case with the team. Tell us what you want to connect.
How do I migrate my data to Nereva?
Your account is created in under 24 hours: the team creates your access and supports you, without a heavy IT project. Your flows build up quickly, as there is no history to migrate to get started.
Is Nereva compatible with WMS or warehouse logistics?
That is not its territory: Nereva is vertical on construction transport by trucks, short distance. It is this specialisation that makes it effective.
The EVA artificial intelligence
Does Nereva use artificial intelligence?
Yes. EVA, Nereva's anticipation engine, already uses the real operational data collected via the platform, on the site side as on the transport side. The more this data accumulates, the more relevant EVA becomes: an intelligence fed by the field, which progresses with use.
What does EVA do concretely?
EVA analyses missions, rotations and field constraints to help your teams better anticipate needs and structure their planning. It is decision support already at work, whose relevance keeps sharpening as the operational database grows. Never an autopilot: your teams keep the decision.
Does EVA learn over time?
Yes. The more flows operated via Nereva, the richer the operational database, and the more relevant the anticipation can become.
Does EVA make decisions in place of the teams?
No. Your teams keep control in all circumstances. EVA proposes and informs, your operators decide.
Does EVA change the way my teams work?
No. EVA fits into your existing way of working and provides help, without imposing a new working method.
Is our data used to train an artificial intelligence?
Your identifying data is never used to train an AI, never sold and never shared with third parties. To improve its services and make EVA progress, Nereva uses only irreversibly anonymised and aggregated data, separated from your operational data. You keep ownership of your data.
Can we understand what EVA produces?
EVA is designed as decision support readable by your teams, serving their judgement, which always keeps the last word.

What does the foreman do in Nereva?
They order transport, materials and skips in 30 seconds, follow deliveries, see trucks arrive and anticipate delays: the site's entire logistics, from their phone.
What does the works manager do in Nereva?
They run several sites with an overall, real-time view: external interventions, budgets, cost control, validation of services on documents.
What does the secretariat do in Nereva?
It automatically receives timestamped notes, reports and documents, filed and attached to their mission, and makes them available to other departments instantly.
What does accounting do in Nereva?
It checks services, verifies supporting documents, reconciles orders, notes and invoices, validates payments and follows settlements.
What does the operator do in Nereva?
They receive structured orders, dispatch in one move, optimise their rounds and anticipate the needs of sites: the conductor of the depot.
What does the planner do in Nereva?
It is the role of the operator or the logistics department: planning transport, optimising rounds, coordinating resources, anticipating. The schedule readjusts itself when the unexpected happens.
What does the driver do in Nereva?
They receive their missions in order with heavy-vehicle guidance, report arrivals and departures, send their evidence: their whole day in the app, without paper.
What does management do in Nereva?
It has an overall view, follows performance, analyses indicators and runs the company on reliable data.
Is Nereva suitable for an independent carrier?
Yes: Nereva suits small companies as well as large ones, with no minimum number of users. An independent starts alone, with the app and the back office.
Is Nereva a freight exchange for charterers?
No. Nereva is neither a freight exchange, nor chartering, nor matchmaking: it coordinates companies that already work together, without commission and without touching your prices.
What does the project owner see?
Complete traceability of the transport and waste of their sites: timestamped evidence, tonnages by type of waste, exports. The details are on the page Project owners.
What does the environmental engineer do in Nereva?
Appointed by the project owner, they track every skip by type of waste, with evidence and exports: environmental monitoring without a binder.
Does Nereva manage HR?
No, Nereva is not an HR tool: no payroll or personnel files. It manages users, their roles and their missions, and provides teams with factual data on activity.
Can the end client follow their site?
The principal decides what they share: evidence, tonnages and tracking are exportable for their own clients and the project owner.
Availability, support and service continuity
What is Nereva's level of availability?
Nereva targets 99.5% availability per month, measured separately on the web back office, the mobile apps and the APIs. If this target is missed, service credits are provided for in the contract.
How is platform maintenance handled?
Scheduled maintenance operations are planned outside business hours, preferably at night (between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., Central European Time), and announced in advance to limit any impact on your activity.
What technical support does Nereva offer?
Technical support is included, reachable by e-mail at support@nereva.com. Requests are handled by priority level: around 2 business hours for a critical incident, 4 hours for a high-priority problem, 1 day for a standard request and 3 days for an information request. Extended support can be agreed according to needs.
What happens in the event of a major incident?
Nereva publishes information on its status page, warns the administrators of the clients concerned, communicates regular updates during the incident and reports the return to normal. A post-incident report is available on request.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Nereva has a documented business continuity and disaster recovery plan, with target objectives of a maximum of 24 hours of data loss and 48 hours to restore service after a major disaster.
Training, deployment and support
How long does deployment take?
In under 24 hours: access created, apps installed, guided onboarding, without a heavy IT project.
Is training chargeable?
No: onboarding is free, so is support, from the demo to deployment. Video tutorials by trade complete the onboarding.
How does driver onboarding go?
The app is designed for the field: missions in order, guidance, evidence in a few taps. Most drivers are autonomous from the first missions.
Are there tutorials?
Yes, a library of short video tutorials, sorted by trade: principals on one side, transport companies on the other.
Can we get support after getting started?
Yes: chat support, continuous updates and a team that knows the field. Our solutions are born on sites, not in meeting rooms.
Do we need to train an internal administrator?
It is recommended and quick: the administrator manages users and permissions from the back office. The team trains them at onboarding.
Data security and confidentiality
Where is the data hosted?
In Switzerland. Your data is hosted on infrastructure located in Switzerland and meeting the highest security standards, including ISO 27001 certification, in compliance with the FADP and the GDPR. The details are on the page Data hosting.
Can Nereva use or share our data?
Your identifying data is never sold or shared with third parties or your competitors. To improve its services, Nereva may however use irreversibly anonymised and aggregated data, which no longer allows you to be identified.
What security guarantees do you offer?
Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure meeting the highest security standards, including ISO 27001 certification. Nereva applies encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access control, logging of sensitive actions and regular security tests, in compliance with the FADP in Switzerland and the GDPR in Europe.
How long do you keep our data?
Depending on its nature: drivers' geolocation data is kept 12 months, invoicing and accounting data 10 years (Swiss legal obligation), technical logs 6 to 12 months, and prospect data 3 years. Beyond that, only anonymised data may be kept.
Are drivers monitored through the app?
No. Geolocation is only active during a mission, from its acceptance to its closure, and never during breaks or personal time. It is not used to monitor, rank or individually sanction a driver. The employer remains responsible for informing their drivers.
Who can see the journey history of a mission?
The principal designated by the carrier can, if the carrier has configured it, access the journey history of a mission, and this visibility is limited to 30 days after closure, unless configured otherwise.
Can Nereva access our data?
Access is strictly limited to what is necessary to run and support the service, never for other purposes.
What happens in the event of a data breach?
Nereva applies notification procedures compliant with the FADP and the GDPR, informing the competent authorities and, where applicable, the persons concerned and the client, within the deadlines provided for by the regulations.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Before your account is closed, you can retrieve your data. It is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised, in accordance with our policy and the regulations.
Can we request the deletion of our data?
Yes, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations and our Privacy Policy. You also have the rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection and portability.
Do your services make automated decisions about people?
No. The analytics functions produce indications of an exclusively indicative nature. They do not constitute automated decisions within the meaning of the regulations and do not replace your teams' judgement.
Compliance and regulatory
Is Nereva compliant with the FADP and the GDPR?
Yes: data hosted in Switzerland, encryption in transit and at rest, rights of access, rectification and portability respected. The details are on the page Data hosting.
Does waste traceability meet the requirements of project owners?
Yes, it is one of the central uses: every skip traced by type of waste, timestamped evidence, exports ready for the environmental engineer and the project owner.
Are digital transport documents valid?
Nereva's digital notes are timestamped, traced by checkpoints (order, delivery, photos, GPS trace) and archived: a complete, enforceable audit trail.
Does Nereva manage driving times?
No, Nereva is not a tachograph and does not replace your legal obligations on driving times. It organises missions; social compliance remains handled by your dedicated tools.
Where are accounting documents archived?
On the Nereva database, hosted in Switzerland, with 10-year retention for invoicing data, in accordance with the Swiss legal obligation.
Who is responsible for the data?
You remain the owner of your data; Nereva processes it only to run the service. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) details roles and guarantees.
Business model, pricing and neutrality
What is Nereva's business model?
A software subscription (SaaS licence). Nereva takes no commission on your transport and no financial flow linked to services goes through the platform. You pay for the tool, not your operations.
How much does Nereva cost?
Sign-up is free: you only pay for your licences when you use Nereva. The business price is CHF 69 per user per month, all inclusive, with -10% for annual billing and -5% from 31 to 49 licences (50 licences and more: on quotation). The details are on the page Pricing.
What does the Nereva licence include?
Each licence is assigned to an identified user and gives access to the back office, the mobile apps and all the ordering, tracking, traceability, documentation and automatic invoicing functions. The exact scope is specified in your order form.
How does subscription billing work?
The subscription is offered monthly or annually, billed according to the chosen periodicity, and invoices are sent electronically. Prices are inclusive of tax, Swiss VAT of 8.1% included.
Who invoices the transport and who receives payment?
The carrier invoices their client and receives payment directly, as today. Nereva issues and sends the invoice to save time, but sets no price, takes no commission and receives no payment.
Does Nereva take a commission on transport?
No, no commission. Your transport remains 100% yours. Nereva is paid only through the subscription.
Does Nereva intervene in price setting?
No. Prices are negotiated freely between companies, and Nereva never touches them.
Is Nereva a marketplace or a commercial intermediary?
No. Nereva does not capture the commercial relationship and never comes between companies. It is a coordination platform, nothing more.
Does Nereva recommend carriers or sites?
No. Nereva recommends no one and puts no player forward. The platform is neutral by design.
Are we obliged to use Nereva to work with our partners?
No. Nereva makes coordination easier, but never conditions your relationships.
What is the contractual commitment and how do I terminate?
The subscription is offered monthly or annually and renews automatically. You can terminate at each renewal date, with 30 days' notice on the monthly plan or 60 days on the annual plan. The full terms appear in our T&Cs and our Payment and Licensing Policy.
What happens in the event of non-payment?
In the event of persistent non-payment after formal notice, Nereva may suspend and then, beyond the period provided for, terminate access. The amounts due remain payable. The precise terms appear in the Payment and Licensing Policy.
ROI and commercial questions
How do I calculate the return on investment?
The simulator on the page Pricing does it with your figures: rotations per week, minutes of coordination saved, hourly cost. With the default settings, every franc invested frees up around five francs of coordination time.
What concretely saves time?
The end of coordination calls, re-entries and the hunt for supporting documents: the order leaves in 30 seconds, the status is visible to everyone, the evidence files itself.
Are there hidden costs?
No: CHF 69 per user per month, all inclusive. Free onboarding, updates included, support included, no paid modules, no commission.
Is there a key account offer?
Yes, from 50 users: contact the team for a tailor-made offer. Between 31 and 49 licences, a 5% volume tier applies automatically.
Can we test before paying?
Yes, doubly: the free personalised demo on your own flows, and free sign-up, since you only pay for your licences when you use Nereva.
Why choose Nereva over a general-purpose transport ERP?
Because general-purpose tools do not speak site: no skip exchange, no empty-and-return, no synchronisation with the foreman. Nereva is vertical, from the field to accounting, and your partners join you for free.
Proof that it works?
The M. Ducret SA and Colas case study, with the video filmed in real conditions: the site's order, the mission, the evidence.

Is the Nereva trademark protected?
Yes. The NEREVA word and figurative mark is registered and remains the exclusive property of Nereva SA. Any commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.
Does Nereva hold patents?

Nereva SA is the exclusive holder of all rights to the software, the source code, the interfaces, the databases, the know-how and the EVA engine. The licence subscribed grants a right of use, without transfer of ownership
Who owns the data from the platform?
The data you enter remains your property. However, the derived data and the models produced by Nereva from anonymised and aggregated data constitute assets of Nereva SA.
Can I report an intellectual property infringement?
Yes. Any report can be sent to ip@nereva.com, with identification of the content concerned and the elements justifying the rights invoked.
