Nereva deploys a mobile application, available on iOS and Android, intended for managers present on the construction site, in particular team leaders, foremen and workers. Designed for direct use in real conditions, the application is intuitive, quick to learn and adapted to the operational constraints of the site.

Ordering flows deliverable by tipper truck

From the mobile application, site teams can create requests for all flows that can be delivered or removed by tipper truck. This includes deliveries of materials such as earth, gravel, sand or aggregates, the removal of excavated material, skip rotations and any logistics operation required for the smooth running of the works. When creating a request, users specify the type of resource, the estimated volume, the exact place of intervention, the desired time slot and the specific constraints of the site. The request is structured and transmitted immediately to the central system.

Managing requests in real time

Site managers can manage their requests directly from the application. They can modify them, reschedule them to another date or cancel them as operational needs evolve. Each action is synchronised in real time with the Nereva back office, guaranteeing an instant update for all the teams concerned. This dynamic management ensures smooth coordination between the field and the central organisation, without re-entry or loss of information.

Photos and field documentation

The application makes it possible to take photos and attach them directly to a request or an operation in progress. Teams can document the condition of a load, an intervention area, a non-conformity or any specific event on the site. Images are immediately synchronised with the central platform, ensuring complete traceability and shared information between the field and the back office.

Direct connection with the back office

Every request made from the site is synchronised in real time with the Nereva back office. Administrative and operations teams have a centralised, up-to-date view of the flows in progress, without manual re-entry or loss of information. Real-time visibility of truck arrivals

Once the request is validated, managers in the field can follow the arrival of trucks in real time. They have the driver's contact details and know precisely when the truck arrives on site. This visibility allows them to organise the reception of the vehicle, prepare the intervention area and adjust teams at the exact moment of arrival. Waiting times are reduced and on-site execution becomes more efficient.
