Every transport operation is tracked over its entire life cycle. The initial request, acceptance by the carrier, execution, field evidence and associated documents are archived centrally. Photos taken during operations, delivery notes, weighing slips and reception documents are automatically attached to the site concerned. When the carrier is also on Nereva, its invoices, drawn up from the executed requests, arrive directly in the back office with the associated supporting documents. The construction company thus benefits from a consistent documentary chain, from the request to the invoice, that can be consulted at any time. Payments are made directly between the construction company and the transport company concerned, according to their contractual terms. Nereva structures and traces the process without intervening in the financial relationship.

A structured relationship with transport companies

Construction companies send each request to one of their connected partner carriers; several carriers can serve the same site, and Nereva does not put anyone in touch. The mission must be accepted by the carrier to be confirmed: the process relies on explicit validation. Pricing conditions remain those agreed between the parties; the carrier’s statements and invoices are drawn up from the executed requests.

Site supervision via an interactive map

The back office includes an interactive map showing all active sites. This geographical view offers an overall reading of logistics activity, makes it easier to identify flows in progress and strengthens supervision. Mapping becomes an operational management tool.

Planning synchronised with transport partners

The back office is synchronised with partner transport companies. Requests are integrated into their planning and updates are visible in real time. Coordination between the construction company and carriers takes place in a shared, structured environment, with continuity and transparency.
