Nereva announces its launch on the Swiss market with a SaaS platform designed to digitise and synchronise the transport flows linked to waste, raw materials, materials and skip rotations on construction sites. Intended for construction and transport companies, the solution automates the entire logistics chain, from the request issued on site to execution, traceability of operations and administrative processing.
Logistics under pressure
On construction sites, the coordination of transport still relies largely on successive phone calls and constant adjustments. Site managers, drivers, dispatchers and administrative teams handle schedule changes, emergencies and follow-ups every day, often without consolidated visibility or complete traceability. This fragmented organisation generates recurring desynchronisation that slows execution and complicates the overall management of flows. Waste skip transport illustrates these limits: non-standardised requests, uncertainty about pick-up or delivery times, teams immobilised for lack of reliable information. Repeated at scale, these inefficiencies produce delays and additional costs. By digitising the entire process, Nereva provides a unified structure to plan, monitor and document every transport, whether it concerns skips, materials, raw materials or machinery.
A solution proven in the field
Before its official launch, the platform was operated for a year in a pilot phase with M. Ducret SA, a Geneva family business active since 1934. More than 100,000 transports were operated through the system in a real environment characterised by highly variable volumes and access constraints. This experiment confirmed the soundness of the technical architecture, the reliability of real-time synchronisation and the fit of the operational model with the realities of the field.
Two Swiss brothers, two complementary areas of expertise
Nereva was founded by two Swiss brothers, Philippe Flaccavento, an entrepreneur from the construction sector, and Sébastien Flaccavento, an entrepreneur specialised in information technology. Their approach is based on a shared vision: to give construction-site logistics a structuring tool, designed both for operational realities and for strategic management. As shareholders of the company, they ensure independent governance geared towards long-term development.
A complete, connected architecture
The platform combines mobile applications dedicated to site teams and drivers, web interfaces for companies and a central supervision cockpit. Site managers can issue and schedule their requests from their mobile or their office environment. Dispatchers receive, validate and integrate these missions into their planning. Drivers then access instructions via an application integrating a GPS adapted to heavy vehicles, geolocation and field documentation. All data is synchronised in real time. Every operation is traced, with archiving of statuses, photos, delivery notes and associated documents. Companies thus have continuous visibility of mission progress and resource use.
EVA, an integrated artificial intelligence
At the heart of the system, EVA analyses the data generated by transport. It uses planning histories, rotation times and operational parameters to propose consistent assignments and progressively optimise the organisation of flows. Designed as an assistance tool, it supports teams in their decisions without replacing their responsibility. Its learning is based on the accumulation of operational data, which strengthens the relevance of its suggestions as use intensifies.
A neutral infrastructure
Nereva is not a marketplace. The platform is involved neither in commercial matchmaking nor in contractual negotiations. Companies keep their partners, their pricing conditions and their existing processes. Payments are made directly between the parties according to their agreements. The solution acts as an independent digital infrastructure intended to structure and secure logistics flows without changing the economic balances in place.
Quality, safety and environmental performance
Requirements in terms of traceability, safety and environmental performance are intensifying in the construction sector. The platform makes it possible to document material and waste flows in real time, improve the anticipation of rotations and limit empty runs. This structuring contributes to better operational control and more efficient use of resources.
A SaaS model designed for international markets
Accessible via a simple internet connection, Nereva is based on a model of user licences adapted to the different roles: site managers, dispatchers, drivers and administrative teams. Designed from the outset for multi-company environments, the architecture is scalable and suited to international deployment. In 2024 the company opened a first subsidiary in France, in Nice, marking a step in its European development.
Statement from the CEO – Philippe Flaccavento
Construction and transport companies master their trade with a precision forged in the field. They do not need their way of working to be reinvented. They need a tool that respects their expertise while bringing them better synchronisation, real-time visibility, reliable traceability and complete digitisation of their processes. Our vision is clear: the sustainable performance of the sector will not come from additional intermediation, but from stronger coordination. It is not about transforming the players, but about making interactions smoother, making every flow readable, every responsibility traceable, every decision better informed. Improving coordination means reducing uncertainty. Reducing uncertainty means unlocking performance.
About Nereva
Nereva is a SaaS platform dedicated to the digitisation and synchronisation of logistics flows linked to transport in the construction sector. The solution automatically structures and orchestrates, in real time, the transport of waste, materials, raw materials, machinery and skips carried out by truck. From the request issued on site to delivery, documentation and administrative follow-up, every step is processed digitally within a single infrastructure. Founded in Switzerland, Nereva supports construction, transport and recycling companies in Switzerland and Europe faced with the structural complexity and variability of construction-site logistics flows.
A 100% digital software infrastructure.
