Continuing its development, Nereva deploys a back office specifically designed for transport companies working on construction sites. This centralised environment allows operations departments to structure all their missions, from receipt of requests to invoicing. The dispatcher has a single space to run the activity and organise the fleet methodically.

Receipt and validation of requests

Transport requests issued by construction companies are received directly in the back office with all the necessary information, in particular the site concerned, the nature of the transport, volumes, specific constraints and the negotiated pricing conditions. Each mission must be validated by the transport company to be committed. Once accepted, it is immediately integrated into the operations planning.

Real-time synchronisation with drivers

The back office is directly connected to Nereva Transports, the drivers’ mobile application. As soon as a mission is validated or modified by the dispatcher, the information is synchronised in real time with the driver concerned. This continuity allows smooth communication between the office and the cab, without re-entry or loss of information.

Real-time tracking and visibility

Thanks to the geolocation transmitted by the mobile application, operations can view, during missions, the position of trucks on the road. The dispatcher follows mission progress, anticipates delays and adjusts planning according to the reality on the ground. The fleet becomes manageable on the basis of up-to-date information.

Archiving and mission traceability

Each mission is automatically documented and archived with its associated elements, in particular statuses, photos taken in the field, delivery notes and weighing slips. The transport company thus has a structured history that can be consulted at any time, making internal monitoring and the justification of services easier.

Structured, documented invoicing

Invoices are drawn up consistently with the missions carried out and the rates negotiated with each construction company. They are sent with all the associated supporting documents, with transparency and consistency between the service provided and the invoicing. Payments are made directly between the parties according to their contractual agreements.
